The South Asia Field Photo Collections is an on-going project for archiving and encouraging the wider use of valuable photographs, taken in various fields in South Asia and the Indian Ocean area.
This project was launched by the Center for the Study of Contemporary India at Kyoto University in February 2014. It forms one part of the collaborative project of the INDAS Photograph Database on South Asia initiated by NIHU program “Contemporary India Area Studies (INDAS)”.
